Omkar is a prodigy film-maker who built his interest in making films, writing plays in his early childhood. Omkar has an impeccable taste for music which is shown in his directorial music albums in which he debued with “Bekhabar Kashi tu” which followed with more than 20 musical success in hindi and marathi.

Omkar born in a Maharashtrian he has an innate understanding of Marathi language and its nuances which help him write, direct and product music videos and films. He works currently in Marathi genre and has a tremendous affinity towards the Marathi music and film artists and the industry as a whole.

Omkar has directed film and popular Marathi TV serials. After assisting and co – directing more than 10 films, Omkar made his directorial debut the age of 24 with family entertainer comedy film “Sasucha Swayamvar”. He was the youngest writer – director who directed feature film at 24. The film earned him best debut director & various nominations for writing.

Noticing his contributions to the transformation of Marathi music videos omkar has become a trending music video director and is considered one of the best and popular direction from Marathi films, television and music videos.

For his excellence and outstanding work in music videos he received the “Best Director” & “Director Of The Year” award at various reputed award shows.

With his passion & enthusiasm to explore more Omkar, successfully worked as Business Head & Creative Director for Mumbai’s leading Media Company.

The multifaced Omkar, wears many caps with ease, besides being an acclaimed writer – director and one of the influential men in the industry today, Omkar is also an entrepreneur, Ad film maker, Political films & documentary strategist and a brand consultant.
